We had heard nothing but great things about the abbey so we booked them for a small corporate/non-profit event. It turned out horrible! The food was ok, but the setup and timing and everything else was horrible. I was working with a guy named Rob ( I think) and he said he'd handle everything and it was like he had never done an event before. He reminded me of a used car salesmen by schmoozing me over and then under delivering. There was no room for food service, people were cramed in weird spots, it was a nightmare! I would only go back for their food but dont use their event planners for setup,etc...
I just went for a tasting with Jesika and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. We are now going to secure The Abby Catering for one of their inclusive packages. Such a great deal! Im confidant with this company as a very close friend used them for this purpose and their wedding was nothing short of amazing! I know, I was there!
We just got back from our honeymoon and are enjoying our pictures from our wedding. I am truly so thankful for Abby Catering. My pictures are making me realize there was so much attention to detail in our ceremony set up and our reception tables. I had the great pleasure to work with Petr who went way beyond our expectations and is truly gifted as a Wedding Planner. Everything went seamlessly and we have received so many compliments on the amazing food (especially that Salmon Crut and the hummus station,) and the service. I am highly recommending this company to everyone I know who is getting married.
We used The Abbey package services and just had our wedding reception. I must say that everything went extremely well and way more than expected and promised. We used Deb as our photographer and the pictures are truly amazing. Randy was our DJ and he did a great job. So much energy. OUr videographer, Tareek was also extremely professional and did a great job. I wasn't sure about him in the beginning stages as he only has a small demo reel, but we are certain now that the video will be nothing short of amazing. The flower designer also did such a great job. I never knew flowers could be so beautiful. Finally, the food and service was impeccable. All our guests were raving about the food after our dinner. I also have to thank Peter, our coordinator. He is truly gifted.
The Abbey did a great job on our event a few months ago. We had a corporate party for 500 guests. As a corporate event planner for a fortune 500 company, it was such a pleasure to work with this team. They helped me with our lighting design, plant design, a cigar roller (stationed) and florals. All the guests were extremely impressed and I must give praise to Zoffer and his team for an outstanding job. Did I forget to mention the highlight of everyone's evening was their food stations? We will certainly use them every opportunity.
As a coordinator I have worked many weddings with The Abbey Catering team, specifically Jessica, and the service and food can not be beat!! They definately go above and beyond and the food is AMAZING!!! I hightly recommend them for any event.
We recently had our charitable fundraiser at the Museum of Photographic Arts. We were recommened to The Abbey Catering team through their preferred vendor list. The staff consistently went far above what was expected and all the guests had a wonderful time. We will certainly use them again next year and recommend their services to you all.
We went in for a taste testing with them and delighted with the food and service. We did not go with them for our reception because we opted instead for a hotel, but we highly recommend them to all our friends. They were fair, honest, and not pressuring us into a sale. Really great work ethic in my book.
We are so happy with the process so far working with The Abbey Company. We are getting married in a few weeks. I really dont know how we would have planned our whole wedding without them. We found them by attending our friends wedding which they catered. The food was outstanding to say the least. Very artistic presentation and the service was top notch.
We use Abbies over the holidays for all our family feasts. For our small gatherings, we use their personal chef service. For larger parties, we use their full catering. They are honorable and respectable people that take great pride in their work.
Our department has gone through some massive budget cuts and The Abby has always been able to accomodate our budgetary needs. We have worked with them for two 1/2 years now consistently. They do a great job.

I can still taste the food from our wedding, thats how fantastic it was! Marie is by far the friendliest person to work with. Very easy to contact and keep in touch with. She helped me find everything for my perfect day. My wedding turned out to be a complete success. Without her and the rest of The Abbey, my wedding would not have been turned out the way it did.
