Went shopping at UTC mall - never been to Brazilia before. Heard a lot about it. I walked in and they looked so busy. Asked if they accepted walk in's and the lady was so nice and friendly. I got my brows and Brazilian waxed by Heather and she was so great! Such a good job and did'nt even hurt. Brazilia is a must try.
I have been using brazilia for bikini and leg waxes for 5 years now and I am very happy with them. Im always welcomed by a friendly receptionist and the owner does one of the best brazilian waxes ever. She is super fast and professional. I give this salon 10 out of 10.
Brazilia Skin care is the ONLY place to go for waxing. First time clients will feel good about an awkward situation, and will never shave again. The staff is accomodating, whether you have an appointment or are just passing by, you get what you want at Brazilia. The owner is the best, very friendly, fast and professional. I've been going to this spa for 8 years, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to be beautiful. Judy
Love the people that work there. I am so bad at making appointments and they always accept me when I walk in. I have seen many different girls and they all do a great job on my "private area." Heather and Natalie are my favorite.
The ladies who own this salon are just the sweetest ever! Ive never met a group of people who are so concerned with their clients :) ! They take you needs into full account! They changed up my girl over the phone once i let them know that my skin tends to be super sensitive. They said the other girl used a different kind of wax that was more gentle with my skin type.
These ladies are SO well informed! they know thier stuff from skin types to lotions!
id go a milion times over. and i mean, as far as brazillians go- least painful one ive has yet!!

Best Brazilian Wax Ever! I was so scared to get a wax - hello Private Area!!! The girls at Brazilia were so nice and friendly. I saw Heather the first time and then Marcellite (bad spelling) and they were both AMAZING! Sent my girlfriends there and they were thrilled! 5 Stars!
Don't waste your time with this place. They tell you what you want to hear over the phone just to get your money. The owner and the manager (who is her daughter) are very rude and unprofessional.
The entire staff was horrible, the receptionist even forgot to book my apt. and I waited 30 minutes for my service. Not very professional. Please don't waste your time. I am going to the BBB and I am sure I am not the only one.

Ugh. I went to this place because of a coupon, and now I regret it. The staff was really nice and the place itself wasn't too bad. Lindsey was nice and efficient, but it seems she really botched the wax job. Not only did I bleed, I've already got some infected pores and ingrown hairs starting because it was done wrong and the entire area feels bruised. Not only that, she didn't get all the wax off cuz my 'rear' area has felt sticky for the last two days and it won't come off... I don't think I'll go there again.
Horrible! The owner came in and told me "pants off now" and left the door open as if it was no a big deal. She was rude and not friendly! Would never return
