The new Butcher Shop Steakhouse has been owned and operated by International Aero Clubs since December 1998. Modeled after Chicago-style steakhouses, The Butcher Shop features only the top quality in steaks and chops charbroiled on our mesquite grill. We pride ourselves on our Certified Angus Prime Rib, slow-roasted to retain its natural juiciness. Our menu also includes veal, chicken, Australian lobster tail, king crab legs and shrimp.
