The Carlsbad Danish Bakery was established in 1984 and has a long standing tradition in creating products using ONLY natural ingredients, zero preservatives and hand crafted with love!

Our specialty is in creating authentic Danish and Coffee Cakes. As well as creating fabulous Cupcakes, Cookies, French Pastries, Cakes and even Wedding Cakes! Our Red Velvet is TO DIE FOR!!! You have never tasted Red Velvet till you have had OURS!
