The Comedy Co-op is San Diego's only locally owned all stand-up comedy venue. "The Co-op exists for one reason," says Founder Mark Whitney. "To support and promote the art of live stand-up comedy. We achieve this objective by producing shows in our comedy theatre, offering comedy classes, participating in community outreach and by providing free quality stage time to developing local comedians."
