Started going there 2 years when I was taking classes in carmel mountain and couldn't stop. I try to make a drive from ramona at least once or twice a month! Fantastic food and yet to be beaten in San Diego in my opinion.
The food at Delhi Kitchen is consistently excellent, the owners are very nice and the service is terrific! I drive from Campus Point Drive (near La Jolla) to Delhi Kitchen to get my fine Indian food fix!
This has been my favorite restaurant since they opened. Food is delicious, friendly atmosphere, good price, nice portions. I get a lunch special 4-5 times/week. This is comfort food at it's best.
Great place to eat! Love their food. Their cooking is Punjabi style and since I am Punjabi, it reminds me a lot of my mother's cooking. I love eating here.
I love their food. The ambiance is not great but you can't beat the food. They should have a customer loyalty program or thank you program for their best customers. They have a lot of repeat business and customers that loyal deserve some freebies now and then.
Delhi Kitchen is great. I used to live near Devon Ave. in Chicago, and this is the closest to the Chicago experience I've found in San Diego - fast-food convenience and prices, "the Indian mom I never had" quality, and "You're part of the family" warmth. Let's put it this way: I ate lunch at Delhi Kitchen nearly everyday for about a year and a half - and I'm still a huge fan! Oh, be sure to try their garlic naan. ;-)
