I went to East of Eden Spa 4s Ranch branch for Permanent Hair straightening. The owner Gino very polite initially and told me that he guarantees his hair straightening.
I had a 6 hour session and after three days when I washed my hair, it was back to my normal curly ones!!!!!!!!!
I tried calling them time and again and no one returned my call. I was finally able to caught hold of Gino and was given second session, but same results again!!!!!
Once polite staff now was busy and had no time to talk to me. I had already invested more than 400 bucks on whole thing, at last they called me up and said since my hair are HALF straight they would just refund HALF OF THE amount I invested!!!!!! How the heck I am going to manage HALF STRAIGHT hair.
Keep away from these guys...they are only polite initially.
At the end I had lost more than 200 bucks and got half straight hair. What an extraordinary service, I won’t ever go this salon again!!!!!!
Gino has cut my hair for nearly 25 years. He and Pam are truly professionals who know how to attract and keep the best service providers for their clients. They have created the ultimate spa salon experience. Pamper you with neck rubs before your cut, and treat you like family while you're there. I leave relaxed, happy, renewed. Who would think a hair-cut could be so therapeutic?

My first time to have a massage done by a male, he made me feel comfortable, asked me appropriate questions and he gave me a really good massage. He said I was his 9th client for the day but I still got a nice relaxing massage.
