My husband and I are new to Pilates and after only 4 sessions with Stephanie our bodies are feeling so much better. Stephanie explains alll the exercises and modifies when we come in with special issues/requests. The studio is clean and we always feel a sense of calm when we are in there.

Natie is the best Pilates instruction in the world!!! Professional, friendly with a vast knowledge of Pilates. My favorite part about EHF Pilates is that she will always come up with a new workout for you so you never have to worry about getting bored.

I have never experienced such great results from an excercise program as I did from practicing Pilates with Natalie (owner). She is so caring, knowledgable and fun, and she will get you results you never dreamed. I would never go anywhere else!

Natalie is simply the best pilates instructor in San Diego. She can instantly pinpoint a problem and work on that area. She works you hard, but so good!
