As an Advanced Personal Trainer my professional goals are to educate and inform people about the benefits of living a healthy and fit lifestyle. I have years of experience helping people safely exercise and eat better to lose weight, feel better, and be healthier. My clients training programs are design to get them lasting results.
With a special emphasis on core strength and endurance, balance and coordination. The goal of my programs is always to train multiple muscle groups at the same time. This allows my clients to achieve functional strength and endurance as well as burn maximum calories in the shortest amount of time.
Over the years, my work has been with clients ranging in age from 10 to 75 years old, from the novice to the experienced in a number of health club environments. It is with profound pleasure that I am now able to provide a private “focus on you” environment as the owner of FIT 2 LIVE.
