In the past 16 years of practice I have found the body readily heals itself when presented with certain asanas (postures). Much in the same way our diet changes throughout the seasons so does our hunger for postures. During the winter we may find ourselves slightly depressed, so we move in backbends to counterpose the effects of depression. This is just one example of how Four Seasons Yoga will be exploring our variation of asanas with the change of seasons.
