Laura Sepulveda founded Gotham Pilates, located in La Jolla, California, in August 2005. Our focus is to provide an amalgam of Pilates based movement styles to best suit each individual in a comfortable, non-competitive atmosphere. While one will feel stronger, invigorated and more flexible from Pilates, it is imperative to learn to function more efficiently for today and for the future.
