I've been going to the Scripps Poway Parkway Location, and although I'm happy with their nail fills ~ and the price is ok ~ but here are the things I do NOT like: Signing up at the front desk is a nightmare ~
1) I'll sign in for a nail fill & pedi and they forget to set me up for the pedi
2) They always ask if I will pay via personal check and then leave the name blank (so they don't have to pay taxes ~ Hmmm, while in America PAY TAXES!
3) They constantly speak to others in their various different languages to each other - I think that is so rude!
4) The workers always have their barefeet on the chairs. (Gross)
Sometimes my nail fills chip right away! Why do I keep going back?????

I visited this location a few days ago and was quite put-off by the service. Nobody seemed to understand simple English and the entire time I was getting my manicure the woman working on me was speaking to another employee. Twice I had to "interrupt" her conversation to ask that she correct the way she was doing my manicure, as it was a french and the white tip was completely crooked. She seemed to not care and then made a comment to the other woman and she looked over and laughed. I feel the women who work here are unprofessional (at least the ones I interacted with that day) and I will never go there again. It was a lame excuse for a manicure. I had to go home and fix 1 nail myself before my date. Would definitely NOT recommend! unless you don't really care how you are treated or how your nails look.

If you're expecting friendly service, well, this isn't your place. However, they do a great job with American French manicures.

i hate their service. they talk a lot in their native vietnamise language and its rude. their filing my nails very bad and the overall work was rough to look at! i hate it and will never go there agin! I went to the scripps poway parkway one! awful!

I just love the "happy" environment and the fact that they do pedi and mani at the same time. And they do a great job at the Scripps Poway Parkway location.
