ISY's team of yoga instructors are qualified to teach various styles of yoga, and at levels that cater to an individual's experience within their practice. All teachers offer guidance within the poses to ensure personal safety and take pride in providing services for people who wish to fine tune their practice, for people with special needs or who are experiencing life's transitions. The studio offers Yoga Teacher Training, Reiki Workshops and alternative health services to include Reiki Healing, Cranio Sacral, Massage, Hypnotherapy, and Cancer Support.
