Iron Core opened its first studio in October 2004 in La Jolla. In October 2007, Iron Core opened the ultimate kettlebell fitness center at 2950 Garnet Ave (I-5 and Garnet). Iron Core is now the largest kettlebell fitness center in the United States with a team of elite kettlebell instructors dedicated to helping people meet their health and fitness goals. Iron Core kettlebells and workout DVD's are sold in top retailers like Target and Sport Chalet.
I just finished up an RKC prep class at Iron Core and it was awesome. Mike and Alex helped instruct the training class and they went out of their way to make sure we understood every part of the training. I loved it!

Very knowlegible. They keep the training for the normal person. No magazine cover men or women. First time I watched tape I was able to perform entire routine.
my goal is to look like a mermaid....and the intructors are soo great they are helping me to achieve this goal!!!!!

Have not been to Iron Core yet, but I do have both vol 1 and vol 2 of the kettelbell series and they rock. I live in San Diego and I do plan on attending the classes.
