Jake’s on 6th Wine Bar started with a simple concept from the founder, Jake. Bring adventures wines, amazing food and an alluring atmosphere that everyone can enjoy. Jake was raised around bread baked daily, homemade olives, cheese, and meats. He later worked as a chef in a restaurant where he learned the importance of bringing in fresh ingredients and only using the highest quality foods. Jake then spent many years managing a fine wine and liquor store and fell in love with wine. After spending 5 years in retirement, Jake decided that he wanted to share his passions and open Jake’s on 6th.
