I spent months looking for the right wedding band, but couldn't find it until I visited Jeff at JFJ. He had the perfect one, and since then, my fiancee and I have trusted him to make her wedding band and also to set a 5 carat Tanzanite stone I picked up in Tanzania this past summer. Not only did he do a fantastic job with all three items, but he gave us an unbelievable price on each! My fiancee and I will never use another jeweler in San Diego!

John was super easy to work with. Great attitude, creative, personable, and honest. He did a beautiful job on our wedding bands and gave us a great deal. His passion for designing creative/original jewelery shows in every piece he creates. I would recommend him to everyone!! Jeff is AMAZING!! He has, on several occasions now, totally blown us away with his beautiful jewelry selection and his talent for helping to pick the perfect gift! Recently, he (and my husband) designed the most incredibly personal and perfect ring for my husband to give me for our 2nd anniversary. Jeff's attention to detail and truly genuine personality make him the perfect jeweler. My husband and I both consider ourselves lucky to have found him!

I purchased my fiance's wedding band from John after meeting him at the Bridal Bazaar and experiencing first-hand his great service. He helped me with the engraving process, was always prompt in responding to my e-mails, and even gave me a manly ring case to present to my honey on valentine's day when I gave it to him. I'm so thankful to have met him and so glad we chose to go with John!

I purchased a “custom” engagement ring from a competitor. I had nothing but problems from the start. I made the mistake of returning to the competitor to purchase the wedding band.
Not only did John Franklin Jewelers fix my wife’s engagement ring they improved the ring and strengthened the original design. John Franklin Jewelers are master craftsmen. They went above and beyond to help me with problems they did not create or profit from. I owed them more than money. They have earned my friendship and loyalty.
