Jeff@John Franklin wins for most personable, most down-to-earth, best value, best guidance and all around favorite wedding ring experience. A good guy who wants his clients to be happy, who provides great work and a far different experience than a chain or oversized jeweler. We LOVE our custom wedding rings!

I visited several stores before I found Jeff Martin the owner of John Franklin Fine Jewelers. He is awesome. He has excellent quality and priced wedding rings and he can design a special ring for you as he did for me! He is casual although professional. No hard selling! And he is very trustworthy. The others out there don't come close.
I now will go to Jeff with all my needs for diamonds/jewels!!!!!!!

No matter where I go, I get compliments on my ring! It's not huge, it's just different, and beautiful! There's no other like it....it's one of Jeff Martin's own creations and I love it! The best thing about getting your ring from Jeff is that you won't walk away having only gained a new jewel, you'll walk away having made a new friend as well!!

you will not find a better jeweler ANYWHERE ELSE! Jeff Martin at John Franklin Jewelers is friendly, helpful, creative, very informed and loves what he does. He will work with you to create the perfect ring for you. He is able to provide great insights about the design you are looking to create and will give you a ton of options for people looking to stay within a budget. I will never go to another jeweler... even if I move, I will always talk to Jeff first!

Jeff is the most knowlegdeable and HONEST jeweler I know in San Diego. He is so professional yet sets a relaxed tone when he helps you find the perfect ring. LIke some of the other reviews say, I DARE YOU to shop some other jewelers. Unless you like sketchy greaseball jewelers that just got fired for selling used cars or selling retail clothing, you will return to Jeff Martin to get that dream ring. So sack up, and go visit Jeff at John Franklin Jewelers.

Jeff Martin at John Franklin Jewelers made shopping for and creating the engagement ring I wanted not only comfortable, but also fun. He guided me through the process and helped me turn my vision into a unique ring that he created. After initially meeting in his shop he kept me infomred via telephone and email (with pictures of my design ideas and his artistry). He then made a wax form of the ring for me to see and hold, so I knew exactly what to expect. Creating a matching band was just as easy. He made the unique band in less than three weeks as promissed. We are very pleased with the look and quality of the rings. We could not have asked for anything more of Jeff.

Jeff is a great guy doing a good business. After much looking he was able to put together a custom wedding band for my wife for a great price. We have since used him for a couple other custom pieces, all of which have turned out perfect. Also you can't beat Jeff's customer service. Forget the shady mall stores. Shop with Jeff, he'll take car of you.
