ok,after reading such good reviews,I might consider giving this place a 2nd try after a bad experience. I went there the first month they were open and was very disappointed. Had asked for a shrimp dish which came on a couple of open soft corn tortillas.This was not exactly on their menu,but the son was happy to oblige.Anyway,it was very disappointing,he placed one small shrimp on top of each of the soft corn tortillas,with a small amount of salsa and beans,and it was rung up at $6.75 or $7.25,can't recall. Really my 7-yr.old grand-daughter would not have been filled up. The other two dinner plates which I took home were similar,we all got the feeling they were trying to carefully budget the amount of food they put on the plate. Felt like we were being placed on diets in a Mexican place.!! Just have not been able to build up the confidence to walk in there and chance ordering 3 dinners again.

They have the best burritos, and if that wasn't enough, the best atmosphere and service.
I have recommended Lucha Libre and taken friends to eat there and they all agree.

The queso taco is unique and very good. The brothers that started Lucha Libre have created a nice California twist on tacos and burritos. This is not an old-school burrito joint, it's young and hip and all about fresh and tasty tacos and burritos...it's what savvy Californians would make at home.

The food at Lucha Libre is very tasty. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is cool. Will definitely be back!

Lucha Libre is very unique. It has a whole theme of Mexican Wrestlers and the Surf and Turf burrito is out of this world. They are conveniently located right off the 5 at Washington but parking is tough. It's worth it though. I love this place! You can make reservations to sit in the golden booth. Do it!

Most amazing fish tacos (try the Blackened Mahi Mahi) EVER! Melt in your mouth goodness, topped with tangy cabbage, and wrapped in a scrumptious corn tortilla. Guacamole was amazing too! And staff was super friendly, and service was quick!
