Main Tain Beauty Boutique is classy and avant guard, very professional and you feel like a million dollars when you leave. Catherine Tain, the owner, is so talented. It is not only the hair experience it is the whole thing. Great service and always attentive to your needs. Wherever I go, people always comment on my color. Everyone there is most helpful.

There are hair salons a plenty in San Diego but I have never been one to accept mediocrity at any level. Catherine is the best in every way. An artist with very high standards. I completely trust her to tell me what I need to look my very best.

Catherine and her staff love what they do; if you love what you do, your customers will love you too! Catherine has an eye for color and a knack at transforming ugly ducklings into beautiful swans! Catherine and her staff will pamper you and make you feel like a million. Ask her what her secret to ripening a melon to where it is so sweet, it will melt in your mouth! Honestly, ask her, you'll love the answer!

I have "difficult" hair, and nobody can cut it like Catherine - she ROCKS. Thank you, Catherine - and congratulations on ManeTain's grand opening - the salon is serenely lovely and you have a fun group working there.

Catherine Tain is incredibly talented. She color corrected my mother's hair after she tried to dye it herself. My mom looked and felt like a million bucks after Catherine did her magic.
