I've been going to the Marine Room since the day it opened, and it is still my very favorite place to dine. We had our wedding reception there as well as many other events when we need a SPECIAL place and treasured memories.

Absolutely beautiful, but the hotel needs to renovate the marine room, and especially the rooms at the la jolla beach and tennis club.

There is no location like it - right in the Pacific Ocean! Fantastic menu, great service. You have to meet Dimitri and request his table-side preparation of a patented Greek or Caesar Salad. Life doesn't get any better than this!

Three years ago my husband and I decided to try the Marine Room for our 34th anniversary dinner. We don't usually spend this much money on a dinner but it was so well worth it that we decided to make it "our place" every Aug. 6th. The sunset view is the best in SD and the food is as delicious as it is beautifully served!

Have grown up in the San Diego area all my life and known of this place. Took my husband for his first time for his 35th b'day. He was in complete awe of everything ... the service, the view, the food, etc. It was an amazing evening which let into a night of lots of romance. Thanks to the Marine Room!
