Mariscos Mazatlan Seafood Restaurant is a family operated restaurant founded 18 years ago and built on a simple premise: great food. We use only the freshest seafood, and all our meals are prepared fresh, on the spot.
We offer a wide array of traditional mexican seafood as well as some alternatives for those who don't eat seafood as well as kid's meals. We are a family oriented establishment from the day we opened our doors, so we sincerely hope to see you and your family come down for a delicious meal.
We were founded in 1988 on Hollister St in Imperial Beach. On March of 1990, we relocated to our present location. In 1992 we received accolades from Channel 8's Unknown Eater for best Mexican Food Restaurant in San Diego. A while later, we were featured in San Diego Magazine with glowing reviews, and in some other regional publications.

This place should be under best seafood, since more general Mexican food is not their thing, BUT what they do serve is AMAZING!!! Best seafood cocteles, chimichangas, ceviche, etc. I can go on for days. Worth every cent!

the food is awesome, so is the service. I love the Fish Tanks inside the restaurant.
The only is also very good looking/you should check him out as well! (smile)

This is a amazing mexican sea food grill resturant. They have a amazing staff and food. The Ceviche is AMAZING also the salsa and everything is great Vote so it can be on TV the best place to eat is of course Mariscos Mazatlan Seafood Restaurant !!!!!!!

This is the place to eat real Mexican food in San Diego. There is no nedd to go to TJ. Food flavor is like being in Mexico.
Do not forget to order the "Emperor Tacos" (smoked tuna tacos)... Yummy, a unique experience.
Also, the Sunday Paella is the best in town.

The ceviches rock!!! And the homemade salsa with the chips is amazing! It is a place I will definitely recommend and where I will return! Parking is not an issue at all and the service is wonderful....Next time I will try their fish tacos!!!!

I have never tasted a better sunday paella! You cannot miss it!!! Plus, service is wonderful and prices are excellent for the quantity and quality that you get!!!

The best Tacos, the best Fish, real RED SNAPPER!!!! No immitations. Suculent "zarandeado" shrimp, fish, octopus, a diush to die for... Even the Carne Asada burrito in Mariscos Mazatlan is excellent.
If you want to eat like a king and like enjoy great food and refreshing beverages like no where else, in company of your friends and family, you must visit this place, very well located and with plenty of parking space.
