Affordable therapeutic massage (first time clients: $60 for 60 min, $80 for 90 min) by an experienced Holistic Health Practitioner. Specializing in therapeutic and medical massage to relieve pain and tension in the neck, shoulders and back areas.
I've been providing massage services since 1996 and have expertise in dealing with "computer shoulders", stiff neck, compressed lower back, tight hips, and "knots" between the shoulder blades. The session starts an intake form and a discussion to better understand what you want from your massage session. I use postural analysis to evaluate if there are misalignments in your body. I use a detailed, integrated massage technique that applies firm pressure without resulting in soreness the next day. I use massage techniques of medical, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, sports, and Swedish as well as, contract-hold-release muscle energy techniques to take muscles out a chronic state of contraction and pain. For expectant mothers, I provide a pain- and stress-relieving pregnancy massage. I also can come to your workplace or special event for chair massages or to teach a yoga session.
