The staff is very knowledgable and accommodating. We enjoy wine tasting and shopping at Meritage because we feel welcomed and know we will be taken care of. Mark makes wine tasting fun and entertaining. Another plus is there selection and Mark's knowledge of organic wines.

It is a modern San Diego version of Cheers. You always feel welcome and want to come here. Regardless if you want a $10 table wine or can afford the greatest Burgundy, everyone is welcomed warmly. The Meritage staff know every bottle of wine in there store and are eager to share there experiences with guests, perhaps even opening a bottle if time permits.
