I have been a client since 2004. I routinely use the Network For Health Holistic Center (NFHHC) for several reasons. I spent 30 years in the military and the physical training required to maintain top shape wears on you in your later years. I am learning to work out in alternative ways and the massage treatment I get there is amazing. My wife and daughter have also been clients. It's a great way to get a much needed massage, retune the mind and get some great advice from an expert.

In terms of getting a massage, Denise is excellent. She is strong and has great technique. More than that, Denise was instrumental in helping me heal from muscle spams that were brought on by a car accident. Between my first and second visit, she hit the books and deepened her knowledge about how to best treat the muscles that were stressed and damaged in my torqued hip/thighs. She spoke to me intelligently about what she was doing it and why. I value Denise not only for her technique, but also for the thought and wisdom she "brings to the table". She also provided me with education on nutrition and body movement, posture and some exercise moves. Not for the Ladies that want a light little rub down between shopping sprees. Hey, I don't know about that. I've never had a gentle massage from her because my needs have been for therapuetic massage, not just to relax. She could be great at that too. Denise gives you her best.
