This gym has changed my life. I usually hated to go to gyms because it always seemed like a meat market. At NP Fitness there is a great diversity of people working out. Plus, personal training here is amazing. Chezz, one of the owners trained me for 3 months, and got me back into shape. He only charges $1/minute!
