O'Brien's pub is a friendly neighborhood pub centrally located in Kearny Mesa. It offers 20 taps of local and hard to find draft beers and a selection of more than 120 bottled beers. The pub specializes in hoppy beers including IPAs and Double IPAs, making it known as "The Hoppiest Place on Earth." The menu includes many standard pub items like burgers, sandwiches and salads but with some nice twists like the brie-proscuito burger and chicken almond salad.
