Phoa Sao Bien have the BEST Authentic Vietnamese food with great prices...Love IT!!! Me and my 2 boys go there twice a week =) Very nice atmosphere, lay back and casual, the customer service there are OUTSTANDING.~.LOVE IT~LOVE IT~

This place has be best Pho in San Diego by far. The service is awesome. Don't go anywhere else for pho but here.

I was optimistic about trying out Pho but after trying it for the fir st time I am in LOVE with it. This place is the best place I've had by far. A++
