Pier View Coffee Co. is located in a historic, 100 year old, Victorian building in downtown Oceanside. The interior design of the shop continues the Victorian theme creating an upscale environment where locals and tourists alike can sit back, relax and enjoy award-winning espresso, coffee, smoothies and Gelato (Italian ice cream). Our bagels and bakery items are baked fresh daily.
We are conveniently located at Pier View Way and Cleveland St directly across the street from a free public parking lot next to the “beach tunnel” and 3 blocks north of the Oceanside Transit Center.
