At Robbins Bros., there's more than just a story behind the people who help you find the right engagement ring, wedding band or piece of jewelry. Hey, that's important, but we think the real story unfolds once you walk into one of our stores. That's where the real magic lies.

Seriously, I love this place. They are very courteous, and eager to help. I love the little lounge with free coffee, the free cleanings, free resizing, lifetime warranty on the diamond and more. If I'm stressed out about wedding planning, I go here just to have my ring cleaned and get my coffee and read some wedding magazines. Every aspect is great, I highly recommend this place.

Robbin's Bros. was a horrifying experience. We looked for my fiancee's engagement rings here and were offered either cheap rings, or rings completely out of our budget. The staff was very unhelpful. We told them exactly what we were looking for when we walked in, and instead of helping us narrow our search, they told us to just walk around the store and look at everything. Then, once we looked and then they offered to help narrow things down, they showed us things that we did not want. We were looking for a three-diamond ring, with a brilliant round center diamond, in white gold. We were shown platinum, single stone, and a mix of others taht we had no interest in. They even tried to get us to buy a cubic zirconia ring because "You can't tell the difference between this and a real one, and it's ten times cheaper." We wanted a real diamond, thank you very much. Once we found one we kind of liked, we were taken back to their computer bank to set up our "wish list." It was such a waste of time. And I was offended that they had rooms and TVs for the grooms to entertain themselves while their fiancees shopped. Maybe it's just me, but I think ring shopping should be something couples do together. But if you like a ring shop to feel like WalMart, this is your place.

I would recommend caution when using Robbins Bros. They sold us on this sort of lifetime care package for unlimited cleanings on my ring at some CRAZY price but conveniently forgot to mention that their company had filed for bankruptcy and stores in other locations had closed. Of course, I didn't find out about this until after the 30 day return window expired. Its just a little shady for a company in bankruptcy not to provide that information to people shelling out their life savings on a ring and further- to push the sale of some life time warranty when the lifetime of their company is in limbo.

The staff only cares about making a sale, not about getting you the best ring. They claim to have the biggest diamond inventory but could not help us look for a simple 1.5 carat diamond with our specifications. We felt like we were in a car dealership after we made a final decision on 2 rings, and some "faceless" manager in the back told our sales person they needed a higher deposit. Thank God for their return policy, because we came home, though it over, and returned the rings, and went somewhere else.

Robbins Bros. was the perfect place to get our wedding rings. They have a huge selection for any budget. I tried on the first ring that caught my eye and it turned out to be the one...just like my husband! They saved us when my husband lost his ring in the water on our honeymoon in Thailand and when we got back, they had the exact ring in stock and in his size. We didn't even have to wait and the sales lady sent him a card for coming back after his loss. They treat you right and value you as a customer.
