This place has some of the best food downtown (they even have sushi!), great service, and definitely the best waterfront patio downtown! They are even pet friendly on their lower patio! They are one of the best kept secrets in San Diego!

A really great location, and even better if you get a table outside looking at the harbor! I'm a huge fan of making a meal out of several appetizers, and Sally's is great place for that - try a combo of the spring rolls, crab cakes and lobster bisque! Also really great sushi with generous portions!
Chef Sarah should be commended on her amazing culinary creations! Her spring rolls are to die for! One of my new favorites is the Steak Salad for lunch! Delicious! One of the few salads that actually is filling enough as a meal without leaving you feeling stuffed! The salad dressings are the best I've ever tasted, too!
Great location and atmosphere for lunch and dinner. Tasty and Authentic crab cakes and excellent preparation of halibut. I love when they offer Seabass.
I actually work at the Manchester Grand and in all honesty, Sally's is the best spot for awesome food. I actually can't each much seafood but I love it because they have plenty of other items on the menu to choose from. This place is awesome!
They have the best seared ahi tuna and crab cakes. The fact that one can eat outside overlooking the marina with the fresh bay breezes is an added bonus.
