Seaside Pilates provides training in Classical Pilates, offering Private Sessions and Mat Classes in our warm and inviting studio in Cardiff-by-the-Sea, North County San Diego, California. At Seaside Pilates we teach and practice Classical Pilates, modeled after the original exercises and disciplines of Joseph Pilates, the system's founder. Classical Pilates will give you the most intense and rewarding workout of any Pilates System. You will have a invigorating workout that will focus your mind and challenge your body as you grow longer, leaner, stronger, and more flexible. The Seaside Pilates studio is warm and inviting, with high ceilings and hardwood floors. We use only Gratz equipment, the finest in the Pilates Industry. We are located a block from Cardiff State Beach and the beautiful Pacific Ocean. We serve all of San Diego including Oceanside, Carlsbad, Leucadia, Encinitas, Solana Beach, Del Mar and Rancho Santa Fe.
