Best studio! We had a birthday party there for my step mom, about 20 or so The whole “POLE FITNESS” experience was amazing. Fun, fun, fun! shared dance moves, laughs all while getting a great workout and celebrating a birthday.

Girls night = Pole Party!! pole fittness is a sexy, fun, fit, learning expierience and the Instructors are wonderful! Sara is very helpful, patient, and is an amazing teacher with all the right moves.

Best studio! We had a birthday party there for my step mom; there were about 20 of us. The whole “POLE FITNESS” experience was amazing. We had a great time, dancing, learning the basics of pole fitness, spinning around, laughing and taking pictures. My step mom is quite conservative but she felt so comfortable that she was able to unwind, feel sexy, and enjoy herself. So round up your girls, kick on your stiletto heels, and head over to sexy silhouettes by Sara. You will love her class. :)

I have never been to this dance studio and not had a great time while getting a fun and effective workout at the same time. It is a great place to go and feel good about yourself.
