Whenever I get a chance to go to a spa I always choose Spa Velia. The have just the right mix of atmosphere and services, nobody else can compare. I also love the bathrooms and the shower that is almost like a car wash for people with the jets on the side and a massive rain spout that drops out of the ceiling. First class all the way.

The Spa Velia team does a great job to create a wonderful, relaxing enviorment. I enjoyed a couples massage with my girlfriend and never experienced anything more relaxing and healthy. From the initial welcome including a chilled mimosa and soothing music, Spa Velia was exactly what we needed to kick start a beautiful vacation. Well done Spa Velia!

A beautiful getaway from the look, feel and pace of downtown San Diego. This is by far, my favorite spa in all of San Diego! A tranquil atmosphere that allows you to introspect and renew. The therapists are so talented, I have never been disappointed. And, the front desk is extremely friendly - which can be somewhat rare. The showers, the steam, lounge, amenities - all add up to perfection!

This is the greatest spa in San Diego hands down. It’s a small, but beautiful and well appointed facility. When you step into the solarium in your plush robe and slippers (champagne in hand) you're left with little choice but to let go and relax. You'll want to show up an hour early for the solarium and steam room and stay an hour late to take full advantage of the Swedish showers. It must be said, however, that the luxurious accommodations are only the icing on the cake. The very, very talented massage therapists and aestheticians are what keep me coming back to Spa Velia for the last 3 years.
