Stir Fresh is San Diego's premier Mongolian Barbeque! Grab a bowl and choose from a huge selection of prime meats, seafood, and fresh vegetables. Top your creation with one of our signature sauces, or create your own by using a combination of eleven different sauces. Hand your creation to one of our chefs, and in minutes, your meal is cooked to perfection using our custom made grill. The large stir-fry grill is 60 inches in diameter and 1 inch thick. It is composed of two layers of stainless steel with a layer of copper between the steel. Heated by a unique gas stove with four burners, this grill can reach a maximum temperature of 600 degrees and generates nearly one billion BTUs.
Stir Fresh also serves a large selection of asian inspired appetizers and side dishes to compliment your mongolian grill experience. A large selection of beer and wines is available.

Stir Fresh is a restaurant you can't really get tired of. You can make your food so many different ways, the sauces are really good. (Try the spicy hoisin!) You get alot of food for the price. Most of the time I can't finish my plate. The one in Rancho Bernardo is really big, so you don't feel crowded, even when it's busy. Definitely the best Mongolian in San Diego.
