The amount of exercise required varies among individuals based on factors such as age, injuries or illness, experience level, intensity level, and recovery time between sessions. You can achieve measurable results regardless of your current fitness level.
Employing the highly time-efficient methods used at SuperSlow Zone, your body only needs one or two 20-minute sessions per week.
