Dissappointed.. The employees were rude and went out of their way to be rude. I asked to be on a lane next to a friend and they put us on the other side of the room. They said if we didn't go on the same lane we couldn't be near each oether even though th e place was empty. I was quite insulted!
The employees are not friendly and they do not give good customer service. If you are a serious bowler this is not the place for you, because they will insist on packing as many people on a lane as possible and putting you next to someone else - EVEN if there are other open lanes. It has a nice atmosphere but I was dissappointed.
I am an owner of a soon to be live and active tournament company. I am looking for the most popular center in San Diego that would be interested in hosting a tournament with a twist. Yes it will be a sanctioned event and everyone needs a sanction card and at least 21 games avg. in the last 2 years. I have a friend in San Diego who will possibly be my San Diego Director.
