Pacific Shellfish Seafood Company was founded in 1979 by Judd Brown, a bona fide fisherman turned wholesaler. As a young man, alongside his father, Judd learned to love, work, and respect the sea. The company was born out of this passion. Judd’s honesty and ingenuity along with a committed team of managers and staff has made Pacific Shellfish one of San Diego’s most respected seafood companies.

Recently remodeled which added more dining space and openness to the resteraunt. The food remains far above average. The grilled salmon with mixed green salad is a wondeful lunch or light dinner. Just hoping they bring back the Osyter Feast!!!

Great fresh food, fantastic recipes, and a wonderful atmosphere.

The Fishery supplies some of the other restaurants with their seafood, so if you are looking for the freshest fish around, go to the Fishery. Also, their fish tacos are the best in SD in my opinion. The atmosphere is not "fine dining" but it's great for lunch or a casual dinner.

Their fish is "day caught." That means they catch it in the morning and you are dining on the fish in the evening.

They also have fish no one else can get FRESH.
Like Louvar and King Crab.

They also sell wholesale to restaurants in San Diego. One of their biggest accounts is the Brigantine.
