Classes at The Haven combine physical movements for physical well-being and breathing/meditation techniques for mental well-being. We offer classes in both "Vinyasa" and "Gentle" style to inspire students to practice, yoga for life. All classes emphasize proper body alignment and attention to the breath with movement.
We offer specialized classes including intensives which challenge the adept practitioner both physically and mentally. In addition monthly workshops, couples yoga and karma yoga where we as a community spread positive karma throughout our community.
As owners of the studio, Liam and Susan strive to practice yoga as a lifestyle. In this sense they offer all retail items below retail cost and give back to their students with grants for retreats and classes. Liam and Susan focus on treating each student as individuals without regard for material advancement.
