Many years ago I had a dream to provide San Diego with one-stop wedding preparation. I started out in this industry as a designer and seamstress making custom wedding gowns and bridesmaids dresses from my home. With that background, I can provide information about style, fabrics and design that you might not get at other salons.
I began doing wedding coordination as a fluke and have now been in the business over 15 years! Along the way I have also planned corporate events and private parties in addition to weddings.
With this combined experience I opened Tour of Elegance seven years ago, with the vision of providing brides and grooms with a complete one-stop shop to plan their weddings. Imagine having the information that you get from a bridal fair, without all the hassle!
Since I work by appointment only, you have my undivided attention when you come to the salon. Try on gowns, talk about vendors, or whatever else needs to be done. I look forward to seeing you and helping you plan your very special day !
Saundra Toor is the Greatest. Not only was she extremely helpful with my daughter's dress, she was great w/ the bridesmaids. She also came the day of the wedding to help get my daughter into her beautiful dress. She was also able to beat prices of other good shops in the area.
Tour of Elegance is great! Although I purchased my gown from a different vendor, I did get all of the tuxes for the guys and the flower girl's dress. Saundra was extremely helpful and sweet. She was always on top of everything!
The service there is the Best. Sandra is willing to go out of her way to get what you want as well as save your dress during a time of disaster. I would recommend friends.

Saundra was great through everything during our wedding planning. She always responded to our e-mails in a very timely matter and always was able to help us. She was very professional and we never had to wonder what was going on with any of our plans.
I went to Tour of Elegance for my bridesmaids dresses. We ended up also getting our flower girl dresses there. I had to change a couple of bridesmaids and it came down to the wire, but Saundra was always very efficient and very positive and got all of our alterations done without any problem. We were so impressed when we met with her that we also had her plan our wedding!

I needed a dress for my daughter's wedding on the East Coast. Not only did I find what I wanted, but the dress was tailored to fit me perfectly, and it was shipped so that I didn't have to bring it on the plane with me. Saundra is the best!!!
