A local-owned shop that has great selection in bikes and gear, no-pressure sales/fitting staff who know thier bikes and the the best mechanics. Management must be doing something right because they have kept their core sales/service staff for a long time - unlike many shops.

The guys at UC Cyclery are awesome. EVERYONE there is knowledgeable and super friendly. They don't pressure you at all to buy but, when you are ready to buy, Dave goes out of his way to help you get exactly what you want. I get the same attention from all of the staff, whether I'm shopping or stopping by to ask a million questions. These guys are really passionate about bikes - but not snobs like may others I could name - and it's catching.

I've finally found a bike shopt that has staff that are both knowledgeable AND passionate about cycling. I got top service and attention there both when my girlfriend was buying a new saddle for her bike as wellas when I was buying a bike. This is my new bike shop.

Because they have very good services. They are very nice to us, the clients, always. There nice but they keep formal and that's perfect, keep it nice but formal.

This place has the best caring people. They cater to your every need. Very knowledgable and the customer service is unbelievable. I will buy my 4 boys all their bikes from that estabishment. Truly the best San Diego has to offer in terms of bike stores.
