USA Freestyle Martial Arts has been offering an exceptional program to students and families of all ages and abilities for more than 20 years. The instructors are highly skilled, experienced, and always inspiring ! The teaching environment is safe, positive and most encouraging. At this school, the students learn to be martial artists in the truest sense, developing not only physically, but spiritually as well. USA Freestyle Martial Arts is incredible!

USA Freestyle is the best martial arts school, hands down. They are like a second family to all their students, and they have taught all of us confidence, discipline, and respect. The senseis show us how to be great martial artists and teach us how to be better people. I know all who attend this school love every part of it very much, as do I.

USA Freestyle is an outstanding martial arts school. My daughter has attended USA Freestyle for two years, and her confidence, discipline and motivation has excelled beyond her years. It was so great, that I joined, too! Well-rounded teaching methods that take from the best of all martial arts disciplines to give its students the very best martial arts training available. The teachers and students - the USA Freestyle community - combine perfectly to give our family the training, exercise, and friendships that have made martial arts an important part of our lives. I strongly encourage anyone - kids AND adults - to check out USA Freestyle for themselves. It is simply the best program available in San Diego.
