You couldn't ask for better instruction! For those who are just starting out, they make sure it's on the right foot. For those who've been doing other styles of yoga, they will bring you to a whole new level of understanding. For those who are recovering from illness, injury or are pregnant, there are classes just for you with individualized attention and instruction based on your specific needs.

This school is beyond a studio - it's truly a school of yoga, not a gym, not a spa and totally focused on educating each person on how to improve their yoga working with their bodies' constraints. It's not competitive at all; there's no judgement. There's a beautiful garden and all mats and props are provided.

The instructors are experienced, educated, insightful and very helpful. They demonstrate and explain each pose in detail, so that you actually understand what you're doing and what you're trying to accomplish rather than just playing follow the yoga leader.
