I was training for a triathlon recently and the staff at B&L were incredibly helpful, helping me get my bike fitted for the race, giving me race tips, advice on which gear to buy. Extraordinarily helpful and friendly. They made me feel very equiped to do my first tri.

I heart Kono's!! I've been going here several Saturday mornings a year since I moved to SAn Diego 5 years ago. TONS of food for your money, and you can eat on the beach! Love it.....

I have been to most of the spas in SAn Diego and this is absolutely the most luxurious, professional, elegant spa in town .The amenities included in a single spa treatment are unbelievable. I make it a point to visit at least once/year and spend the whole day.
