Dirty and dark. Animals don't look healthy and there are too many per cage. Half of them don't have basic needs like water. I feel sorry for everything except for some of the fish. They do have a nice selection of fish and that seems to be the only area that is maintained. Some of the guys that work in fish are nice but the rest of the staff is downright rude. It's like you are bothering them by asking for help. Don't even bother with this place - there are plenty of stores around it with pretty much anything you would want.
