Overall, in the end I was satisfied. I bought my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses here. They were a bit unorganized, but did their best in making things right in the end. The employees were knowlegable and they have some great deals.

The flowers here are beautiful...but in my experience, poor customer service in the design center. I didn't get the floral design I originally requested for my wedding. =*( Flowers were switched from dusty rose Dahlia's to hot pink Roses on my order and I was never notified. Grandma was missing a corsage and the bridal party bouquet design was totally different than what I asked for, even the corset was wrong, My bouquet was to have dusty rose Calla's but I got light pink. Overall, I was very disappointed and when I called to complain, the GM told me if anything went wrong with my order, it was my fault because they NEVER make mistakes.
