There are not enough good things to write about Josh and Ariel.

Where do I begin?
1. The week before i was notified that since we had opted with the lower package we would not have champagne, despite being told when i booked that we would.
2. The day of the wedding the driver began by rudely telling my husband we needed to "leave the church NOW" to make it on time. if we were one min over, he would charge us.
2. Once inside the car we were continuously interrupted by the driver to hear stories about his children.
3. When we corrected the driver on how to get to the reception site he pulled out directions from map quest. "I get my directions from mapquest so if they're not right its not my fault" he told us.
4. While my husband went to get cash to tip the driver (don't know why we decided to do this, he certainly didn't earn it.) The driver rubbed my arm, I kid you not.
5. After tipping the driver left. But came back and went into the reception because "we were over time afterall". My husband scrambled for cash to pay him, and when he gave him $40 (the fee for being 1 min over was $35) the driver said "what only a $5 tip?"

I'm so sorry I decided to book Simply Elegant. On the day of my wedding I was subjected to dealing with one of the rudest people I've ever come across. I was so upset by this that I decided to call the owner, Elaine during our honeymoon. Afterall, Elaine was pleasant during my phone conversations with her. I never received an apology or even a call back, despite having left multiple messages.

I wouldn't recommend this service under any circumstance. I would have rather saved the nearly $300 we spent on a one way trip from the Immaculata to the Marine Room on something enjoyable.

Beyond impressed with Josh and Ariel's work and customer service skills. They were a JOY to work with.
