the facility looks great and the service attitude from the staff was ok...sort of friendly... the deep tissue message was kinda rough in the throughout but since i asked for a firm message, I was ok with it...then during the treatment, i get the elbow on my back...cracking my hands and putting her whole weight on them (when i told the messuse not to touch them), I never had folks put their weight on my hands..that is not cool, specially when I told her to not touch them.....during the shower...when i bent down to get the shower gel, i felt excruciating pain on my entire neck and head..I told the staff and she'd told me that should be normal..I went home and had to pop 800mg of Motrin for the entire day and next..today..the third day, I am still with pain...I have more pain coming out of the spa than when I went in..IS THAT NORMAL?!??? I thought I should feel better after a message... I will not go back to that place and will not recommend anyone with any pain to go into the spa either.. and also..i didn't get the whole entire time that I paid for...so go if you like but just be aware..and maybe just ask for a soft message and nothing serious...
