The last review here must be very old. The place is under new management (the owner runs the place now) and it has live music almost every night of the week - no female dj's! They have live jazz Monday, Thursday and Friday night, with an open jazz jam session Thursday nights after the great house band. Saturday nights a super blues band plays starting around 9:00, followed by an open blues jam around 10. Some amazing players show up for this. Wed. night is open mic - singing, jokes, guitar playing - always a fun surprise. And the food is great! Burgers, pastas, salads, great beers and full bar. It's a very friendly, neighborhood atmosphere where it's easy to get to know people - I felt like I was in Cheers! Highly recommended!
