I purchased my wedding dress from this company. From trying on my dress until the time I gave them a check they were very pleasant. After they had the money it was a completely different story. Once my dress came in they would not help me try it on, my friend had to come help me. They wouldnt help me once I picked a bridesmaids dress, there were 5-6 employees running around completely ignorning me standing at the counter completely ignoring me and my bridesmaid. We finally left and decided to come back a different day because of a previous commitment. THEN I get a call a few weeks down the road that they have none of bridesmaids measurements or money and tell me that they're going to charge me a rush fee. When I called them back they said they haven't gone through there mail, can i please email them the info. I was dumb founded- they were telling me they lost my family/friends (who I asked to be part of my wedding) credit card numbers, checks, etc. By the end of the day they obviously had time to go through their mail because they left a message that the order had been placed and "not to worry". They ripped us off on tuxes. They quoted us one price with vests, ties, shoes stating it was more expensive because they had to order each thing from a different company. After we decided to skip on the vest, ties, shoes, it was still the same price!! They refused to explain why. I spoke with the manager about all of these issues and his response was "we have no control over anything that your complaining about". Don't even bother with this place...they will ruin your wedding.
