They understand anxiety one might have about leaving their pet behind..Live webcams in the play room & inthe "suites" gives asurance & peace of mind. First thing i noticed is how quick they are to clean up behind a potty... no one is allowed to get "territorial" & everyone is paid attention to, even the old ones. HIGHLY recommended.
