This place is great. Not only is the Cedros Ave location wonderful with ocean breezes flowing through the studio, Joe Greco, owner and trainer, is truly one of the best Pilates instructors around. There's not too much chit chat, as I've experienced with other trainers, this is a serious workout that will leave you sweating like never before. Joe is not just a great trainer, but an all around warm and friendly guy.

Both Jet and Rhys are wonderful; you'll get not only a wonderful color job from Jet, you'll also receive a super-charged energy boost for the day. This salon is friendly place to be with a highly talented team of artists.
